As part of the agreement, the companies agree to jointly market and promote each other's products and services.
Fiserv AIS provides browser-based policy, claims, and billing administration systems, using component technology within a J2EE architecture. The inherent configurability of the system allows business users to maintain much of the system without technical intervention, so expensive technical resources are conserved. Document Sciences' xPression is an open architecture Universal Content Processing solution with powerful capabilities to produce high volume, regulated and personalized content, delivered through any customer communications channel. The combination of Fiserv AIS and Document Sciences solutions enables companies to provide high levels of customer service while enhancing the efficiency of their internal business operations.
