Istanbul, September 15, 2010 (AzerTAc) -- As part of the 10th summit of the Turkish-speaking countries` Heads of State, a meeting of foreign ministers of the Turkish-speaking countries has been held at the Ciragan palace here. Prior to the meeting, Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu met his Azerbaijani counterpart Elmar Mammadyarov.
